Professional Policy
Appointments
We will call you 2 days before to confirm your appointment. Please make sure your personal information is updated and current. Should you be running late for your appointment we would appreciate a phone call as soon as possible. At that time it can be determined whether or not you will need to reschedule. If you are later than 15 minutes for your appointment, you may need to reschedule (5 minutes for bang trims and maintenance trims) .
Messages
We will return messages throughout the day and if it after business hours, we will return your call the next business day. Should you need to reach us for a question about your booked appointment, please email us at bookings@erguntercansalon.com. If you would like to schedule an appointment immediately, you may do so here.
Payments
Payment is due in full at the end of each appointment.
Cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express are accepted. Checks are not accepted. A 50% deposit is required for smoothing treatments and hair extensions.
New clients for Ergun Tercan is required to have a 15 minute consultation session prior to book an appointment. Any service consultation with Ergun Tercan is $75*
*If the client books an appointment with Ergun Tercan after consultation, $50 goes toward that appointment. Late cancellations or no shows are non-refundable.
Cancellations
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so prior to 24 hours before your appointment. There is a $35* per hour fee charged for each missed, cancelled or rescheduled appointment with less than 24 hours notice.
*Any No shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice for Ergun Tercan and Sonia Nieves will results in a $35 charge in addition to the charge 50% non-refundable down payment for any future appointment.
